CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation Notice: We kindly request clients to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

  2. Late Cancellation Fee: In the event of a cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a fee of $25 may be charged.

  3. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, up to the full cost of the service may be charged.

  4. Refunds: The cancellation fee of $25 is non-refundable and will be applied to cover the costs associated with the reserved time slot.

  5. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies may arise. In such cases, we request clients to contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
